I joined Avoya in 2015 because I needed leads. I came from a host I was happy with but didn't provide the kind of support I needed. I was blown away with the support, education, and supplier relationships that were there for the taking. The Mastermind program is top notch, management is accessible and knows that their success comes only when the agents succeed.

They took time during the last two years to grow the back end support and upgrade the systems we use.

There are also highly supportive agents that are always ready, willing and able to help those who need a little extra.
