I’ve been with Avoya since May 2019. The coaching and education they provide is second to none. They encourage you to grow your business and guide you without telling you how to do it—as long as you run your business with integrity. There is a Facebook page for IAs in the network that is a great place to ask questions. The Senior Leadership Team and the Advisory Board also chime in on posts. There are Brand Sales Leaders from Avoya who do deep dives into different vendors to help maximize your knowledge of each brand. There are weekly calls with senior leadership and often the owners of the company dial in and let us know new things that are going on in the network. The virtual and in-person events Avoya puts together are always a great experience—from building relationships with vendors, Avoya staff, and with other IAs. I can’t say enough about Avoya. They’ve been an incredible host agency to work with.Does this review helpful?
