Avoya has been my Host Agency for 3 years and I love working with their top notch staff. As an IA, I never feel overwhelmed or frustrated because any question I might have is promptly answered with a quick support request. Online and tech support is always available. The Live Lead program allows each IA to work at their own speed accepting or refusing leads as they come in all day long. I have amazing opportunities to build my clientele daily with no outside prospecting. Avoya provides excellent training to both novice and seasoned agents. Their Marketing Resource Center and Technology platform is the best in the business. The corporate staff is wonderful… always respectful and caring…and I know they have my best interests at heart.
