So glad I made the change to Cruise & Travel Experts!!My previous Host Agency had gotten swallowed up by a massive travel group - and we went from being a tight knit family to just another division, just another stream of income, just another small part of the larger whole. Some fees decreased, but, Support and Operational Services became slow and difficult. The Administration became more interested in profits and growth than their existing agents.
With Cruise & Travel Experts, I love that I can pick up the phone and get immediate and thoughtful assistance. I love that I can send an email and receive a quick response. From the top down, I get the support I need! No one at Cruise & Travel Experts is above helping when help is needed!! I feel like part of a family again.
