I started with Dugans in 2012 not really sure what I was doing, but ready to start a new journey. Being a part of the Dugans family has given me the opportunity to grow my travel business at my own pace. They offer incredible learning opportunities from their online Dugans University, offering all kinds of trainings for suppliers, destinations, marketing, and building your business to several in-person events each year through FAM opportunities, Seminars at Sea, and their annual weeklong Dugans U Anaheim event. The more active you are with Dugans and their learning events, the more you can grow your commissions, and the better agent you are.
