In 6 months, a new agent can move up to 75% in commission by completing courses in MyDuOnline and/or attending events. In 12 months, a new agent can move up to 80% in commission by completing more courses in MyDuOnline. After 2 years, an agent can move up to 85% commission by attending DU within the last 2 years.
