Dugan’s Travels is an established host agency founded in 1997, supporting independent travel advisors across the U.S. who are committed to building a professional, engaged travel business.

Our program is education-focused and community-driven, offering structured training, ongoing support, and strong supplier relationships. Advisors are not left to “figure it out” — we provide clear systems, expectations, and guidance designed to help advisors grow confidently and sustainably.

Commission levels range from 70% to 90%, based on production. Advisors have access to modern booking and reporting tools, preferred supplier partnerships, and consistent education through live webinars, supplier training, destination courses, and our proprietary learning platform, MyDuOnline.

Dugan’s Travels places a strong emphasis on engagement and accountability. Participation in education, maintaining supplier access, and actively selling travel are core expectations. Contract renewals are based on engagement and performance, not tenure.
