I have been with OTN since 2014, having started with a different agency in 2011. Not sure what took me three years to make the change, but it's been positive and I would not change a thing.Staff at OTN are nurturing, as are the colleagues we work with. Everyone is very helpful to each other and the office staff provide three trainings per week that we can attend.
In addition to weekly trainings, there are in person trainings that we can go to. Additionally, they have an appreciation trip each year and invite various vendors whom we develop relationships with on a personal level. I can't express the gratitude of spending a week with a vendor and getting to know them very well, as opposed to hearing them speak at a large conference and not establishing a relationship. This is very helpful when you have a question or problem, you feel like you have someone to go to.
They have a Chairman's Club where we get points for selling preferred companies. This helps offset our fees and trips that we do with OTN.
