Outside Agents give a lot of information to help you get started. Along with training online, webinars, etc.However you they do not forward on notices for payments reminders or cancels that they receive. So you need to make sure that your calendar is correct.
The other it is your responsibility to verify that they received your commission and to track it down if they have not.
